Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement

1. Personal Use License (Monthly & Annual Plans)

All designs, SVG files, and instructional materials downloaded under the Monthly or Annual subscription plans are for Personal Use Only.

  • What is allowed: Creating physical projects for yourself or as one-off gifts for friends and family.
  • What is NOT allowed: Selling physical products made with these designs, sharing the digital files, or using the designs for any business-related social media or marketing.
2. Commercial Use License (Pro Plan)

Subscribers on the Pro Plan are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our designs for small business purposes.

  • Physical End Products: You may sell up to [Insert Number, e.g., 500] physical items (cards, scrapbooks, stencils, etc.) per design, per year.
  • Handmade Focus: This license is intended for individual makers and small businesses. Mass production or factory manufacturing is strictly prohibited.
  • Credit: It's not required, but we love and welcome it when you tag us or credit our shop for the design!
3. Digital File Restrictions (Applies to ALL Plans)

To protect our creative work, the following restrictions apply to every subscriber, regardless of plan level:

  • No Digital Reselling: You may not resell, share, redistribute, or give away any of our digital files (SVGs, PDFs, JPGs, or Video content), even if they have been modified.
  • No Print-on-Demand: You may not upload our designs to third-party Print-on-Demand sites and/or services (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Printful, or Society6).
  • No Digitizing: You may not convert our designs into embroidery files or other digital formats for resale.
4. Video & Instructional Content

All video tutorials and project guides are the exclusive property of Scrap'n'Season. These are for educational purposes only. You may not record, re-upload, or broadcast our instructional content on any platform (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) without express written permission.
5. Termination of License

If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to sell any remaining physical stock you created while your Pro Subscriptioin Plan was active. However, you may not create and sell new items using our designs once your subscription has expired.
6. Cancelling your subscription

On our standard Monthly and Yearly Plans you are free to cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription management dashboard. Our Pro Subscription Plan has a minimum 6 monthly term. After the minimum term you are free to cancel at any time the same way. Please note that due to the automated process of our website, when you cancel your subscription plan access to subscription content ends instantly. Please keep this in mind when looking to cancel your membership 😊
